Our Mission
We believe that discipleship is central to Christ's message of the Good News of the Kingdom of God. Reclaiming what it means to be Christ-followers, by implementing the principles and practices He taught us, will bring about lasting life-change and spiritual offspring. DEM seeks to educate, inspire, equip, and train everyday followers of Christ to adhere to the will and ways of God our Father, thus becoming more like Christ in our inner person and outer practice.

Three Dimensions of the Gospel

April 26, 2018Seth Ebel

A few Saturday’s ago I felt a prompting. It wasn’t an audible voice, but something inside me said I needed to pray for a particular guy within our church family. Can you relate to feeling a prompt in your spirit — either to pray for someone, speak up at a certain moment, or just respond…

November 22, 2011Dale Ebel

The First Thanksgiving by Scott Bruun   It’s fun to imagine what that first Thanksgiving must have been like.  We know that it was a crisp fall day in 1621 – likely in early October.  With bright red and orange leaves as a backdrop, and the smell of freshly roasted duck, geese, wild turkey and…

November 13, 2011Dale Ebel

“Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD:” – Deuteronomy 6:4 KJV The Shema (“Hear, O Israel…”) is the claim of Yahweh over and against the competing claims of the many other gods in the polytheistic environment of the day. It is a declaration and appeal for God’s people to live in loyalty…

Have you ever asked the Lord to increase your faith?

December 8, 2010Dale Ebel

The Apostles did in Luke 17:5. Look at the somewhat astonishing answer Jesus gave in verses 6-10! He starts out by saying that it is not the size of your faith but the substance of your faith. Jesus used an agrarian and husbandry illustration. Think how hard it would be to plow a field with…

Eight compelling reasons I believe we are approaching the End-Times

November 14, 2010Dale Ebel

Over the last several weeks Linda and I have been leading some of our groups of disciples in a study of Prophecy. Many people have asked my thoughts regarding signs that indicate we may be approaching the End-Times. We will explore 8 compelling reasons I believe we are in this article. Firstly, however, we must…

We have the Privilege to Vote According to Our Biblical Conscience

November 6, 2010Dale Ebel

Dear Friends, I have written a few articles here on the home page on the subject of Christians’ participation in the public arena.  We are praying that as we all exercise our right to vote, that we vote according to our Biblical conscience. Scroll to the bottom for other information. In Christ, Dale The Importance of…
